Net Zero Training for Leaders | Leadership Masterclass Series

Deepen your understanding of net zero concepts with this masterclass module. Designed for leaders in manufacturing, this module will equip you with the knowledge to drive innovation, create a sustainable journey of transformation and reduce your organisation’s carbon footprint.

Building capability to transition to net zero is a key priority. Regardless of their size and sector all companies will be expected to improve on the environmental and social impact of their products and services. This means businesses need to know where and how to start their net zero journey and adopt technology and practices to quantify and decrease their emissions.

Manufacturing businesses face unique challenges when it comes to decarbonisation. The industry is made up of complex, globally distributed supply chains, making it challenging to manage emissions effectively. This module provides clear insights into what decarbonisation means for the manufacturing industry. It provides a practical framework and advice on how companies can operationalise their commitments to net zero and move towards more sustainable manufacturing operations.

This module will serve as your guide to the language, principles, and steps required for your company’s roadmap to net zero.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to access a three-month, one-to-one coaching program. These coaching sessions will be tailored to support your business needs and will guide you in progressing with your net zero journey.
